В доме по Советской 26А, балконы выходящие на ул. Советская рассыпаются. На головы людей сыплются куски бетона, ржавой арматуры, куски металлической сетки. Вход в общежитие как раз над балконами. ЧП может случится в любой момент. Торцовые стены здания вот-вот рухнут, кирпичи в этих стенах вываливаются. Внутри, на кухне и в умывальнике прогнившие полы. Жить без ремонта в таком доме опасно для жизни. Когда будет ремонт?
