Главная беда -совершенно открытый проходной двор. Как результат - одна сплошная стоянка посторонних машин, грязь, мусор и шум - половина прохожих с удовольствием присаживается на скамеечки пьет закусывает мусорит курит до поздней ночи. После открытия продуктового магазина в арке стало совсем плохо - они торгуют спиртным до часу ночи, и вся окрестная пьянь тусуется во дворе
