Дом хороший,а вот вода горячая-это что-то,и цены за квартплату...вода идет красная-красная,моешься и боишься...и так уже 4 месяца минимум,в квитанциях все запутано написано,не разберешься что и за что,а в ТСЖ сами кажется не понимают,когда вопросы задаешь,что ответить.в итоге-плачу 3500 за 30 квадратов,горячей водой пользоваться боюсь,прописана одна
