Дом разваливается. Полы проваливались не у одной квартиры. В нашей квартире из за проваливавшихся полов стена оседает и страшно подохнуть под рухновшим потолком. А власти живут в хороших условиях и им безразлична наша жизнь поэтому. Ведь это же дом в исторической части города. Зато дома с 1951 года постройки которые в нормальном состоянии сносят как аварийные.
