Живу в этом доме уже лет 7. Подъезд ужасный, ремонт за эти годы ни разу так и не делали. В доме проживает много наркоманов, любителей выпить. Как бы не старался поддерживать чистоту в этом доме, все бесполезно. Очень жалею о том, что дом поменял свой статус, раньше это было общежитие для работников ЗАО "Лесмаш". Помимо минусов у дома есть и свои плюсы, дом расположен в очень удобном месте. Вся инфраструктура находится в шаговой близости - садики, школы, магазины, аптеки, больница, трамвай, автобус, маршрутное такси. В доме имеется доступ в интернет у различных провайдеров, телевидение. Недалеко от дома недавно был построен ФОК "Чкаловский", где дети могут играть в хоккей, футбол, кататься на коньках и многое другое.
